A gift guide for handmade porcelain

Most gifts end up in a cupboard. Porcelain you actually use every day doesn’t. Whether it’s a wedding, an anniversary, a birthday or a housewarming, here’s how to pick a piece that gets used.

For the person who takes their coffee seriously

An espresso cup is a small, specific gift that says you paid attention. The Organic Espresso Cup is soft and rounded. The Geometric Espresso Cup is clean and angular. Pick whichever sounds more like them.

For a housewarming

Give them a bud vase. It’s small, it works with a single stem from the garden, and it looks good on a bare shelf before a single box is unpacked.

For someone who notices good design

Our symetrical plates are designed around the rule of three for plating food. It’s a quiet detail, and the design-minded people in your life will spot it. The geometric bowl is the matching piece, available in every colourway.

For a couple, or a shared home

The Organic Mug is made for pairs. The handle follows the shape of your hand, so your pinky doesn’t dig in like it does on a standard round handle. Choose two colours that sit well together, like Stone and Desert. Colour varies slightly from batch to batch, so a pair will be close but not identical.

For someone you can’t decide on

Give a gift voucher. They choose the piece and the colour. Vouchers are valid for three years from purchase.
